Order Process

1. Come and visit our showroom. 

2. You will initially contact us giving your; Name/ Address/ Email and a brief description of what you are interested in.

3. We will then contact you to arrange a time and date to visit you at your property and see how we can help you with your chosen home improvements. This will be a quick painless interaction, our aim is not to spend hours trying to force sell you things that you don't want. This visit is our chance to obtain the relevant information of what you want and this usually takes around 15-20 minutes. 

4. You will then receive your no obligation quotation via email or text message. This is a simple process and we will not call or message you again to try and push you into buying from us. Whether you respond or not is entirely your choice and our quotations are honoured for 30 days. 

5. If you have decided to proceed by replying to your quotation, we will go on to email you your esignature contract and deposit payment link. Once we receive back the document and the deposit, we will then carry out a full extensive survey and begin the process of organising the manufacturing of your product/s. 

6. Once the full site survey has been carried out, we will then give you an installation date and any information on what you must do to prepare for our arrival. 

7. Your installation will be carried out in the quickest and most efficient way possible.

8.  Once finished, your remaining balance will be due within 24 hours. We have multiple payment options. Interest will be charged on late payments.

9. Now that full payment has been received, you will receive your Certass Certification, Insurance Backed Guarantee and your Company Guarantee along with any after care information.

10. Now you have your new thermal efficient, secure, upgraded products, we would hope you could leave us a positive review on our chosen platforms. 

11. If you leave reviews and they are verified, we will foward you information on our recommendation scheme.
